So much fun to work with! Here it is in action making zoodles, spirales of zucchini.
It is almost enough to look at the raw zoodles to feel more healthy! They would be really tasty like this with a nicedressing of lemon and olive oil.
But I fried a minced clove of garlic in a generous slug of olive oil, turned the heat up an fried the zoodles for just a minute. Added salt, pepper and some pumpkin seeds. Poured in a deep dish and sprinkled paresan cheese ontop. It was so good there was nothing left when I was done!
And the best part: Absolutely no fuzz cleaning it! We will play in my kitchen many more times!
